Who we are
KGlowMatch (“we”, “us”) operates kglowmatch.com, a concierge platform that connects international visitors with beauty and aesthetic specialists in Seoul, Korea. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. For questions or requests, email hello@kglowmatch.com.
What we collect
If you submit a request as a traveler: your name, email address, travel dates, neighborhood preferences, budget range, the service category and concerns you select, the reply language you choose, and any notes you write. Your concerns may describe skin, hair, or aesthetic goals — we treat this as sensitive and share it only with the matched specialists who respond to your request.
If you apply as a provider: your business name, contact details, service categories, neighborhoods, and account credentials, plus a ledger of credit purchases and usage.
Messages: follow-up messages between you and a specialist are stored so both sides can read the conversation, together with machine translations of them.
How we use it
To qualify and translate your request, match it with relevant specialists, deliver their quotes and messages to you by email, operate provider accounts and payments, and keep the platform safe (e.g. email verification codes, which are stored only as hashes and expire within minutes).
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small set of processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google Gemini (request qualification and Korean brief generation), DeepL (translation), Resend (email delivery), and Toss Payments (provider credit purchases — we never see or store full card numbers). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share your contact details with specialists until they unlock your request to respond to it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies (for provider and admin sign-in) and a preference cookie remembering your reply language. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Retention
Requests, responses, and messages are kept while your request is active and for our records afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them. Email verification codes are stored as hashes and become unusable after 10 minutes. Payment and credit ledgers are retained as required by Korean commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@kglowmatch.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
