Article 1 — Purpose and nature of the service

These terms govern the use of kglowmatch.com (the “platform”), operated by KGlowMatch Co., Ltd. (the “company”). The company provides a booking-intermediary (concierge) platform connecting international visitors (“users”) with beauty service providers in Korea — hair salons, personal color studios, photo studios and skincare salons — non-medical beauty businesses (“providers”). We forward your request to providers in Korean and deliver their replies back to you in your language.

The company is an intermediary and not a party to the service. We provide no medical services and no medical advice. The content, price, booking, and outcome of any treatment or service are the responsibility of the provider. Machine translation is provided on a best-effort basis — for anything consequential, confirm details directly with the provider before your visit.

Article 2 — Users

The matching service is free for travelers. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform for genuine inquiries only, and to be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian handle the request). Quotes you receive are prepared by the providers; prices, availability, and suitability are theirs to confirm.

Article 3 — Provider accounts and credits

Provider accounts require an approved application. Credits are an intangible digital licence sold by the company: you buy them through Toss Payments and they are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Credits are consumed when you unlock a lead or start a follow-up conversation, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Credits are valid for 12 months from the payment date; validity, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Article 5, and bundle prices and product details are published on the pricing page. You agree to respond to unlocked leads professionally and to honor quotes you send for the stated dates.

Article 4 — Acceptable use

No false requests, scraping, harassment, attempts to bypass the platform’s verification or payment flows, or use of other people’s contact details. We may decline, hold, or remove requests and accounts that abuse the service.

Article 5 — Credit validity, cancellation, and refunds

① Scope. This article applies to credits that providers buy directly from the company. The booking contract for any treatment or service is formed directly between the traveler and the provider; changes, cancellations, and refunds of bookings follow that provider’s policy and applicable law. The company charges travelers nothing.

② Validity. Credits are valid for 12 months from the payment date. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not refunded; we email the account before they expire. Credits are consumed oldest purchase first.

③ Full refund. If none of the credits from a payment have been used, you may cancel within 7 days of the payment date for a full refund.

④ Partial refund. After 7 days, or once some credits have been used, you may request a refund of the remaining credits at any time within the validity period. The refund is the amount paid minus the credits used multiplied by the base price of ₩3,500 per credit; if that is zero or less, nothing is refundable. Bundle discounts assume the whole bundle is used, so used credits are charged at the base price on a partial refund.

⑤ Not refundable. Credits already used (leads unlocked, conversations started), expired credits, and bonus credits granted free of charge by the company.

⑥ Company fault. If a payment error or service outage caused by the company prevents you from using your credits, we refund the payment or the value of the remaining credits in full, regardless of ③ and ④.

⑦ How to request one. Email contact@kglowmatch.com from the account email with the order number (or payment date). We confirm within 3 business days and cancel the charge through Toss Payments to the original payment method (card issuers take 3–7 business days to post it). No refunds in cash or to another method; the credits are removed from the account when the refund is processed.

⑧ Nothing in this article limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory Korean law.

Article 6 — Liability

We provide the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or outcomes of independent providers, for translation inaccuracies, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (for providers, the price of the relevant credit bundle; for travelers, the service is free).

Article 7 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.

Article 8 — Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be dated above and, for account holders, notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
